Mobile technology is being proliferated and standardized increasingly across all aspects of everyday life; we at Appcelerator have been driving the future of mobile with our partners for sometime, realizing the inevitability of a generation that knows only mobile, forgetting desktops in the same way recent generations have forgotten the floppy disk. Enterprises are creating a new future in which mobile forms a workplace will look and function in a way that's difficult for modern employees to fathom. Recently there’s been a growing trend towards using mobile in the workplace; a study by Dimensional Research released May 2011 showed that 22% of enterprises have adopted tablet technology and 78% plan on doing so by 2013. In order to effectively utilize this technology, enterprises need mobile apps that are useful in the business realm.

The Avengers


A couple of weeks ago, my girlfriend and I headed to our favorite movie theater in San Francisco to see The Avengers. She didn't have any real expecatations going in, but I was very skeptical that it would be a good movie, in spite of all the great reviews it was garnering.
